.  Persons with certain types of schizophrenia may become violent after having gone without treatment. Long-term treatment was denied to Larry because he wasn’t violent.  Later, during a psychotic episode, Larry killed five people.  Larry was executed in Texas on January 21, 2000.

Justice For Julie And Joel
Joel was only 10 years old when he was stabbed to death in his home.  His mother, Julie Rea Kirkpatrick, suffered numerous injuries coming to his defense. Joel's murderer has not been found.  Despite evidence to the contrary, the state of Illinois has indicted Julie.  This site has a contact for those with information leading to the arrest and conviction of Joel Kirkpatrick's killer.
