Aba Gayle’s daughter, Catherine, was murdered in 1980, at the age of 19. Her murderer was sentenced to Death Row in California. In 1992 Aba Gayle was directed by a loud clear voice that she was to forgive the man who murdered her daughter and she wrote him a letter and offered forgiveness and sent blessings from the Christ in her to the Christ in him. The act was an instant release from deep anger and rage. She knew that she did not need someone to be murdered by our government to have the healing she needed. Aba Gayle does not want her beautiful daughter’s memory tarnished by another senseless killing.
