Anti-death-penalty events to feature Unabomber’s brother

David Kaczynski, the brother of admitted Unabomber Theodore Kaczynski, will speak against the death penalty today at two events.
Both events were put together by Journey of Hope…From Violence to Healing, which is a non-profit organization led by murder victims’ families which conducts public education speaking tours and addresses alternatives to the death penalty.
The first event is a panel discussion and will be held in the main conference room of the Cedar Point Center at BGSU Firelands beginning at 12:30 p.m.  BGSU’s Peace and Justice Club is sponsoring the discussion.
For those people who cannot make it to the afternoon session, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People is sponsoring a seminar beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Ebenezer Baptist Church on Pierce Street.  Kaczynski will speak at this event as well.
